Wealth is not usually not a blessing but a curse.

James aims :

• Earthly riches are worthless
• The detestable character of the selfish rich.

The prosperity gospel is sinful. Your wealth has rotted and moths have eaten your words.

We don’t want this to be our focus in the kingdom.
